Refunds and cancellation
Try everything for 30 days before you pay. If Coinetic still is not right for you after buying, you get your money back.

1. Who you buy from
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the merchant of record for all our orders and handles payments, invoices, taxes and refunds. Paddle's buyer terms apply in addition to this policy.
2. The free trial comes first
Every computer can try Coinetic with all features (Pro + AI) for 30 days, without payment details. We recommend testing it on your real computers before buying.
3. Money-back guarantee
- First purchase: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the payment.
- Yearly and 3-year renewals: full refund if you ask within 14 days of the renewal charge - for example if you forgot to cancel.
- Monthly subscriptions: the first month is covered by the 14 days; later months are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time and are not charged again.
- More computers or a higher plan during a period: Paddle charges only the difference for the remaining time; lowering them takes effect at the next renewal.
After a refund, the license returns to its previous state (for example the end of the trial) - Coinetic then reminds you to buy or stops protecting, as described in the license agreement.
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, your statutory rights - including the right of withdrawal within 14 days - are not limited by this policy.
Disputes about Coinetic itself are settled as set out in section 10 of the license agreement (arbitration, to the extent the law allows); disputes about a payment follow Paddle's buyer terms. Mandatory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
4. How to get a refund
- Reply to your Paddle receipt e-mail, or use paddle.net to find your order, and ask for a refund; or
- write to billing@coinetic.io with your license key or order number.
Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
5. Cancellation
Cancel any time in Coinetic (Help › License › Manage subscription) or through the link in your receipt. Your license stays active until the end of the period you paid for, then it is not renewed.
